The Foundation comprises of a continually expanding membership of individuals and businesses prepared to use their influence, talents and financial means to maintain a permanent support structure for the above mentioned institutions and other chosen arts projects.

The Board of Directors shall be responsible for ensuring that the Foundation operates on sound business lines and that its resources are handled skilfully and prudently.
